Six 'Top 10' Transaction Summary Reports, which are the essence of Insider-Transactions.com.
These reports display transactions filed in the current and previous months. Each report provides
a real-time picture of what is hot in the market in terms of insider activity. The 'Top 10' reports
(see samples) show companies with the heaviest insider
activity. User can select All Transactions, Purchases Only, and Sales Only for both current and
previous month reports.

Report Types |
Transaction Summary Reports
These unique reports provide users with an easy
way to identify companies with significant insider transactions (we
consider insider transactions significant when the ratio of traded
shares to a number of outstanding shares is high, and the number of
insiders is high as well). Also, we made finding heavily traded stocks a snap by using
colors and heavy fonts to indicate purchases (green) and sales (red), trades involving
over 1% percent of company's stock and more than one insider (bold).
Both percentage of traded shares and the number of insiders are shown on the summary reports.
Transaction Details Reports
Transaction Details Reports show individual transactions filed by company insiders with
the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Report contains such vital data as trade and filing dates, number of traded shares, their price,
name and title of an insider, along with the company information

Pre-filtering of Data |
We try to eliminate irrelevant insider transactions by filtering out
small transactions (any transaction under $100,000), very small companies
(Market Capitalization less than $5,000,000), all derivative transactions,
certain transaction codes, etc.
But as much as we try, there are still transactions that may not make much sense.
Most of those are filing errors and insiders exercising their stock options
or other legal arrangements. And sometimes companies try to draw investors' attention
by imitating heavy insider trading. |
